If you have sun sensitivity, maybe removing animal proteins can be the solution. Based on my experience, people that eat meat and fish has some kind of sun sensitivity in different degrees, that goes from just needing sun glasses to quickly being sunburnt when exposed to the sun for a little time. On the other hand, vegetarian people don’t need sunglasses, even for driving; they have a strong resistance against sunburn, and they can easily bear the heat of the sun.
